CarCasm® is staffed by people who work in the car industry. We spent years on the dealership side of the counter, watching what website vendors charged and what they actually delivered, and one day we decided we could give dealerships a better product for less money — or at the very least, a better product.
We are a small South Florida team, which means you deal with the people who build and run your website rather than an account manager relaying messages to a developer you never meet. We know what a dealership's week looks like, because we have had one.
